You will drive equipment reliability, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and support continuous improvement initiatives that maximize uptime and operational performance.ResponsibilitiesWorking days: Monday - Friday, approximatelyWorking hours: 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities as needed.Safety & Compliance:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with lockout/tagout procedures, regulatory requirements, and site safety standardsElevate and address safety risks promptly and consistentlyMaintenance & Reliability Leadership:Own the full equipment lifecycle, including preventive and predictive maintenance, down?day planning, overhauls, and rebuild execution.Use diagnostic tools (vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.) to identify issues and prevent failuresLead and coach teams in root?cause analysis to eliminate repeat failuresImplement reliability strategies that improve equipment performance and extend asset lifeEnsure production equipment is operated correctly and consistently; provide coaching to manufacturing team members as neededTeam & Line Partnership:Support the Plant Line Pair structure and promote team and line ownershipCoordinate with Maintenance Technicians and line leads to drive operational improvementsGather feedback from Maintenance Team Leaders to optimize asset management and reliability plansBuild maintenance and technician capability through training, coaching, and developmentExecution & Continuous Improvement:Coordinate reliability activities with maintenance teams to ensure timely executionUtilize 5S and visual factory concepts to improve asset utilization and plant performanceDevelop the maintenance team to address daily operational issues and achieve short? and long?term goalsLead change effectively while minimizing impact to people and operationsCollaborate cross?functionally to resolve operational issues and support plant performanceMotivate team members to achieve plan goalsWork Environment Expectations:Regular presence on the plant floorAbility to lift up to 40 lbs occasionallyMay operate forklifts or manufacturing equipment as neededOccasional work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
